OVERVIEW:
The Consultant Construction Manager will act as the point of contact for several stakeholders both external and internal to the client possessing a good balance of technical and Project Management experience and skills. The Consultant Construction Manager will monitor and refine the long range and short-term plans to enhance success on the project. The Consultant Construction Manager will coordinate the flow of information, provide costs and schedule reviews, monitor the safety programs, and assure that the completed work is constructed to a quality level consistent with the requirements of the construction documents. The Consultant Construction Manager will work directly for the client Construction Manager supporting the strategic and tactical delivery of the retrofit and fit up project(s) located in Springfield, VA in accordance with the terms and conditions of our current Professional Services.
MUST HAVES:
- Owners Representative Experience
- 8-15 years of experience in construction with management/lead experience
- Strong mechanical/electrical background
PLUSSES:
- Bachelors Degree in an Engineering or Construction related field
- Data Center / Mission Critical experience
